Founded in Turin (Italy) by artists Federica Patera and Andrea Sbra Perego, DRIM began as an experimental exhibition space and has since evolved into a curatorial collective. From its inception, DRIM has been more than a venue—it is a fertile ground for exchange, collaboration, and experimentation across contemporary art and related disciplines. Rooted in a philosophy of ongoing research and boundary-pushing, DRIM thrives on dialogue, hybridization, and the courage to step outside comfort zones. It embraces the risk of the unknown as a necessary part of fostering meaningful artistic encounters. DRIM is a living, dynamic platform where ideas are cultivated, identities are challenged, and connections flourish. Today, as a curatorial collective, DRIM continues to operate as a space for dialogue, growth, and transformation, guided by the conviction that art has the power to bridge gaps and build understanding where openness and intention prevail. DRIM is the ever-evolving ground of an artwork in progress.
